Realise and lead customer projects such as:Automating Customer Service; Automatic answers to customer service emails, chat and telephone. Using machine learning to train models to understand the end customers' messages and developing applications surrounding those models in web interfaces, humanoid robots and telephone services.Decision Support in Freshdesk; Connecting older customer tickets with new ones to give handlers the guidance to be able to answer questions based on historical data. Machine learning and text analysis is used to find the tickets that are the most similar. This is then presented in an interactive application in Freshdesk. Thesis: "How a Cloud Communications Provider Should Develop Products and Services to Enhance Their End Customers’ Customer Experience" A deep dive into customer experience where we investigated and interviewed companies in three different message-intensive sectors; delivery, transport and banking. The report concluded a couple of recommendations that Sinch could account for in their day-to-day business as well as in their strategic planning.
