Modification and development of an indirect ELISA: preparation of coated plates with antigen, determination of the optimal cut-off value, titration of secondary antibody, data analysis and statistical methods. Other techniques: agglutination methods (hemagglutination assay and hemagglutination inhibition assay), extractions of RNA, quantitative RT-PCR and viral infections of cell cultures.
