Anna is a very experienced, knowledgeable and capable professional, particularly passionate about imparting new thinking and useful tools to enable responsible progress from within organisations. She is an excellent people-person, with the ability to identify and draw out the best from those she works with. I worked with Anna to drive workforce empowerment within the manufacturing sector in Southern Queensland. She developed a custom programme for this work, designed to empower and upskill supervisors within multiple manufacturing businesses, using active learning to open them to future-focused leadership, innovation and communications skills. The impact was immediately rewarding to participants and their companies - unlocking possibilities that would never previously have been sparked and practical solutions offered for possible implementation. The programme empowered work teams to become a valued part of the brains-trust of their companies. Remarkable.
