      -An investigation of protein interactions during gene expression in eukaryotic cells- During my MSc Thesis i came across with RNA biology and particurarly with mRNA degradation. In vivo degradation of nonsense mRNA through nonsense-mediated decay (NMD) is one of the variables of mechanisms that cells use to prevent the abundance of truncated and toxic proteins to protect their balance.In the present study, we reported immunoprecipitation and purification experiments to evaluate the protein interactions which in the next level of experiments will suggest other fundamental and remarkable functions of the NMD-related factors during gene expression.       Faithful synthesis of long cDNA requires thermostable and processive reverse transciptases (RT). Moreover, they have been found that the presence of ribonuclease inhibitor (RI) improve the quality of the products of RT reaction. Aim was the creation of a commercial kit for synthesis of cDNA that will includes above enzymes RT and RI.
