      I started working at Hair OTT when I was 15 years old as a Saturday assistant. I then continued on to do an apprenticeship after having a short break of doing A-Levels which wasn't for me. I then worked my way up gaining my NVQ Level 2 and NVQ Level 3 firstly to a Colour Technician within the salon and then to a Graduate Desginer after passing a Hair OTT only exam 1st time (which was rare)!
