I have developed a keen interest in contentious insolvency assignments and I am currently dealing with a number of cases that have involved investigations into fraudulent allegations; managing the litigation process to maximise realisations for key stakeholders.I am also interested in complex and cross-border assignments, and I am currently studying towards an international insolvency law qualification.
