  BASIC FUNCTIONS: Responsible for the execution phase of all project deliveries and accountable for on-time delivery, order accuracy, and packaging/finishing quality on all assigned projects. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Under supervision of the Senior Project Coordinator and Project Managers create and/or modify project schedules to accommodate a highly dynamic environment. 2.Address project issues in an on the fly and constantly changing environment. 3.Manage workload to meet aggressive deadlines with minimal supervision. 4.Follow up with internal and external resources at the action item level on all projects. Report delays, cost impacts, and any other issues that arise in the execution phase to the Project Manager for escalated action. 5.Assist in efforts to provide accurate and timely support to the company’s sales and service efforts on the status of current, previous, and prospective orders as needed. 6.Manage all Pre-FATS, FATs and 3rd party testing. 7.Handle all assigned project shipping related issues; Work with Project Managers, Logistics Department, Customers, and Freight Forwarders on a daily basis to ensure on-time deliveries and prompt responses. Create and review all necessary documentation for the acceptance and shipment of project deliverables. 8.Create and maintain documents and deliverables in Team Center on a daily basis. 9.Maintain multiple project schedules in Symix and SharePoint daily. Audit projects at key milestone steps to ensure adequate definition of deliverables and key project indicators. 10.Create and maintain a working relationship with internal and external stakeholders, as well as all QC and shop personnel. 11.Identify, schedule, produce, compile, approve and deliver all documentation for the execution phase of the project into a customer-delivered Manufacturing Record Book. 12.Support site personnel with information and components to address issues that arise after the equipment has been delivered to the customer.
