Daily monitoring of TMDE workload, documentation and quality is required. Reviewing calibration determination reports, confirming troubleshooting procedures and documenting root cause analysis surveys. I was placed in this position 3 months after returning to the PMEL after 6 year of absence from the bench.

I was only at this position short-term because I was approved to retrain in the Contracting career field. Our location was heavily manned with Technical Sergeants so I volunteered to move up the Group to manage the Fitness Program. During my time as section supervisor, I managed three individuals, reduced the backlog in the section by 7 days and brought and kept all delinquent assignments current. I also ran equipment reports, assigned work and managed personnel, wrote and proofed performance reviews and award packages and performed the annual internal audit. Show less
