Anna is organized & thoughtful in her design process, and has the unique ability to think through & resolve production issues during the early stages of the design process. Her eye for good design & her ability to create "something from nothing" has allowed her to be successful in some of our fastest moving accounts. I worked with Anna regularly on the "Cracker Barrel" account, and I knew that I could rely on her to oversee all the intricate details of several retail programs simultaneously. Often, she would be managing and overseeing up to a dozen programs at any given time. Due to a severe lack of design resources within our team, Anna would constantly step up to the plate and work as the Lead, the Designer, and the Pre-Production Designer -- she would see products from beginning to end through it's entire life cycle, often managing several programs that are simultaneously in different stages of development. Anna is the type of designer who always wants to do better and be better. She is constantly challenging herself and seeks out projects that will allow her to grow her skills as a designer. She has an incredible work ethic, and is sure to be a valuable member of any team lucky enough to have her!
