Pracuję z Anną od 9 lat i wiem, że to jedna z najbardziej sumiennych i dokładnych osób, które znam. Jeśli podejmuje się jakiegoś zadania, to wiem, że „dowiezie najlepszy możliwy rezultat. Ma projektowe podejście do wykonywanych obowiązków, nie zaczyna dnia bez planu, co wprowadza porządek i atmosferę zaufania w zespole. Pracowałyśmy ze sobą przy różnych projektach – od projektowania bardzo kompleksowego portalu internetowego po cykl szkoleń dla ponad 50-osobowej grupy i wszystko było dopracowane w najmniejszych szczegółach. Przy takim podejściu nie ma dla niej rzeczy nie do ogarnięcia.

      I was employed in August 2011, one month after commencement of the National Electronic Toll Collection System viaTOLL in Poland as Web Solution Coordinator in Customer Service Department. At the beginning my main responsibility was related to viaTOLL web portal and Customer SelfCare Zone. With years my responsibilities grown with regard to KPI evaluation, subcontractors negotiation and management, new web solutions like e-shop, Twiki knowledge management system for Customer Service, Moodle training platform with external training program on CRM services quality for Call Center and Distribution Points. In 2017 I became the leader of the viaTOLL 2.0 mobile application project. I was responsible for the project from the client side. I was coordinating internal inputs from KTS departments (delivery, test, project management, PR) as well as from external stakeholders (FCIs, corporate users) along with leading the team of external developers (subcontractor). The application was successfully launched without any delays and is available for viaTOLL users in AppStore and Google Play shop. Due to legal changes, responsibility of the viaTOLL system was taken over by Chief Inspectorate of Road Transport and I became a leader of the training program in Handover Project. My responsibility was to manage the entire training program, beginning with official documentation required by the contract, through preparing the schedule and the training sessions (trainers, support, materials) till the end of the entire Handover Project (final report). Entire project took 2 months and was based on cooperation with 30 trainers from different KTS departments, external Subcontractors, and handling of over 40 participants. The project was successful, fulfilling all the contractual requirements.
