Completing an internship with AGWA- assisting with their various projects on water and climate adaptation. In particular, I contribute to AGWA's work on the Climate Action Pathway for water, as part of the UNFCCC's Marrakech Partnership for Global Climate Action. This requires collaboration with a network of other organizations committed to climate adaptation, water resources management, and knowledge sharing. Transboundary Freshwater Dispute Database (TFDD) Intern

This summer I began an internship working on the International Freshwater Agreements portion of the Transboundary Freshwater Dispute Database (TFDD). The TFDD is an online database cataloguing freshwater disputes around the world. I am working on an update to the database- reading treaties, coding the qualitative data (for example- water allocation mechanisms and conflict resolution) in Excel. Then we cross-compare the codes before adding it to the updated treaty database.
