Anna Needleman is an outstanding recruiter! Because of Anna, I was hired as a software engineer at an exciting late-stage startup insurtech company with an amazing mission. At the beginning of the recruiting process, Anna made sure that I was a good fit for the company and that the company was a good fit for me. She made sure that the company's values aligned with my values and that I was excited about the company's mission. Then as I moved forward in the recruiting process, Anna would regularly check in with me and made sure that I had all the support I needed to succeed in interviews and get an offer from the company.
