      The project Mental Health for Business was created in Ukraine in November 2018. The mission of the project is to reduce the stigmatization of society and organizations in mental health issues, to help organizations build healthy relationships with employees, to support their well-being and quality of life, and to create an all-Ukrainian community united by this theme. In March 2019, we organized the first nationwide Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing conference for Business. The conference brought together 200 participants, including: - HRDs, HRBPs, HR managers; - Managers and CEOs; - Psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists who work with organizations The conference consisted of 3 parts: 1. Theoretical part, from practitioners working with organizations in the field of mental health and well-being; 2. Practical cases from Ukrainian companies 3. Practical workshops on topics: - corporate psychotherapy for organizations; - Mindfulness practices for stress-management and burnout prevention; - anxiety and depression at the workplace.
