Within this position, I actively coordinate between HR, students, faculty, customers, vendors, publishers and staff. I have initiated assessment programs to better ascertain customer and faculty partner feedback on the store. I have implemented data-tracking methods for student task organization. Additionally, I have actively participated in daily purchasing, budgeting, business planning, inventory, and Point of Sale system activities and transactions. During this time, I have also doubled the revenue of the Sidelines department within the store and continued operational, hiring and passport related duties.
