 Work directly with the production managers and auditors to count 15 acres of inventory semiannually  Update standard costs after inventory counts and updates were finished  Daily Back Flush/Inventory Management in Vantage (Epicor Software) – running a WIP report daily to send to all production managers for evaluation  Manage monthly cycle counts of raw material and scrap material as needed  Maintain good working relationships with all departments including finance, auditing, production, operations, vendors, customers, etc.  Track KPI’s to ensure effectiveness of all functions  Purchasing manager to keep inventory at the proper levels, using three-way match to remain SOX compliant  Write processes and procedures as needed for multiple accounting functions  Keep all accounting procedures SOX compliant with the assistance of KPMG during the transition from a private company to a publicly traded company  Daily and Monthly Reconciliation of multiple bank accounts  Accounts Payable in Vantage (Epicor Software)  Payroll in Vantage (Epicor Software)  Sales backup as needed  Assist controller and assistant controller in other tasks as needed
