Anneliese Hendry
Anna is one of the best Account Managers that I have worked with, offering incredible organisation skills, a willingness and ability to help(be that with a technical or client issue) and a great deal of charm. She brings energy and enthusiasm, as well as competence to everything she tackles, and as an extremely fast learner, is not daunted by anything outside her current skill-set. Anna speaks a number of languages including, French, Russian and Estonian, but I feel that one of her most valuable attributes is the ability to keep calm under pressure and bring poise and determination when sorting out a problem. We miss her at Biles Hendry, but I feel happy to be able to say that she went from being a colleague to a true friend.
