  Berner Klaw & Watson LLP, formerly known as Berner & Klaw, was founded in 1994 by Joni Berner and Margaret Klaw, as a successor practice to the Law Offices of Joni J. Berner (1987–1993). Megan Watson has been a partner since 2006. Currently, we have six attorneys and six support staff members. We practice all aspects of family law, including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, divorce, custody, support, protection from abuse, name changes, adoptions and LGBTQ relationship and dissolution agreements. We also handle a limited number of personal injury cases arising out of family issues such as domestic violence or child sexual abuse. Additionally, we offer divorce and mediation services – four of our attorneys are trained mediators. Berner Klaw & Watson LLP practices in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, Bucks and Lehigh counties in Pennsylvania and in Gloucester, Camden and Burlington counties in New Jersey.
