  I take customers' temperatures upon entrance to venues on campus and ensure they follow the government's 'Track and Trace' procedure. I also encourage customers to follow social distancing guidelines and keep count of customers to ensure venues do not go over maximum capacity.

  I worked on the shop floor, which involved keeping the shop floor tidy, hanging and folding clothes, ensuring the shop floor was fully stocked, helping customers to find items and serving customers at the tills. I also worked in the stock room and delivery bay, which involved unloading and unboxing new stock from delivery palettes and replenishing the shop floor.
