Me and Anna-Lena worked together as summer interns at NLC LOS (National Forest Centre, Forest Protection Service) in Slovakia. From that 1½ month long experience I can testify that she is adventurous, brave, flexible, cheerful, curious and very eager to learn and acquire new skills. She does a better job than me in being calm, collected and not taking things too personally, especially in situations where one could easily get stressed. Furthermore she is highly socially adept (and a great friend), so I personally believe that whichever team assignment she'd find herself in, she'll always find a way to make it work swiftly. Having broadened her horizons during her volunteer work in India, along with having a general interest for unknown cultures, she quickly learns to see things through other people's eyes. Thus, I'd recommend Anna as a team player of a rare caliber, and I sincerely hope that we will get to collaborate again in the future.
