Helped WEF Digital Transformation Initiative write a guidebook on the Future of Digital Marketplaces, interviewing members of the DTI group, running brainstorming sessions on the next generation business models. Outlined key value drivers of the model, created framework to assess the adoption of a marketplace business model, identified criteria to successfully operate a marketplace as well as future trends impacting the market.
