Wykazuje się dużą cierpliwością w wykonywaniu powierzonych zadań, bardzo dobrze współpracuje z klientami zwewnętrznymi jak i również z kolegami z zespołu. Ania, dobrze reaguje na sytuacje stresowe i pracę wymagającą dużego wysiłku psychicznego zachowując systematyczność i obowiązkowość.
