      I’m In front line receiving customer orders from all over Europe and Russia, which I make sure to properly process in Navision. I don’t only process the orders but I make sure I give the best possible package and availability to my distributors.  I check availability, lead times, correct models, price discrepancies, swapping possibilities and work together with our third party logistics partner in Rotterdam to arrange deliveries.  Currently I am helping to develop a new delivery route into Russia thorough Vladivostok which requires full control of the shipping process starting with choosing the forwarder.  I do regular reports about stock discrepancy, compare orders and system confirmations, prepare the monthly demand to factory and other ad hoc reports for other departments.       I was monitoring customer demands for ca. 70 SKUs in SAP and made sure that their orders are accurately fulfilled. Otherwise I was keeping them informed if the production was disturbed. Next to demand planning I was also planning the production of a small line Most common problems: production fall out, blocked stocks by quality, short-term customer increase, damaged goods through transport, lack of customer packaging, stock difference of raw-materials, shortage of components. My main customers were Volkswagen group and Daimler-Benz.  Daily control of the customer orders and stock, checking the reasons for short term increase or postponements with the clients Investigate of low stock, not fulfilled deliveries and production fall outs. Production planning of a small line of LSH Relays that included 10 SKUs with a daily capacity of 700pc/day. Main customers were DAF, Iveco and Volkswagen. The planning of the Relays included everything from raw material buying, demand planning, customer relationships and production planning.The plan was created in SAP and distributed in an excel file to the Line managers.
