At Onfido we had the opportunity to work with Anna Tiden on a Eurostars application. From our Knowledge Transfer Meeting, through the project planning, including details of the Work Packages and the primary contact with the partners of the team, Anna, supported by the Ixion team, took charge and ran the project all the way through to submitting the proposal. I trusted her judgement and knew that if she needed my support, as the company CEO, she would seek that support. The end product was a detailed project plan within an area where Anna is not the specialist, her drive and quick understanding of the details of the business and the technology were absolutely crucial. Anna’s balanced leadership shone through and the outcome is a granted funding scheme of importance to Onfido.

Anna - Karin has been absolutely key in developing our business proposition and communicating it in a clear and understandable manner. She is courteous , knowledgable and enthusiastic which draws out the best from her clients. I would be delighted to work with Anna on future projects. Her ability to focus and identify value is outstanding.

As a writer I liaise with the client to discuss their idea and/or project. Currently the focus is on the Horizon2020 funding scheme but Technology Strategy Board (TSB) and Wellcome Trust funding are often targeted. The aim of the interaction is to provide support in e.g. finding the most appropriate funding scheme and topic, identifying opportunities as well as adding value in potential partnerships. The proposal is written interactively with the client to produce a quality document which affords the best circumstances to achieve funding. Show less
