Together, we were able to breakdown the community strategy into action plans and initiatives, we were able to define, measure and track our community metrics and better understand our student’s expectations, behaviors and pains to act upon them and always provide the best experience we could to our customers. Anna is a true leader and taught me a lot about how great professional leadership is done. She always had a clear vision of the bigger picture and was able to make it very clear to me and the rest of the team the reasons for every step we took as a team and as a company.
