Making sure all the special touches, high levels of detail, expertise and energy were there for every single appointment. Listening to what our brides wanted and ensuring we did everything possible to make that happen, and more! We had a wonderful reputation for excellent service and attention to detail. Core responsibilities: Planning and executing meetings, conferences and events, ensuring rates and packages were always negotiated to the best rates Ensuring invoices were handled and processed efficiently and everyone involved was kept up-to-date Budget tracking and analysis Creating, managing and analysing team incentives Supporting the PA to the MD and Ops Director when needed Designing and writing presentations for the Heads to present at various meetings, including at Board level Assisting with marketing planning (I couldn't keep away from marketing for long!) Organising team training and new team administration Assisting with legal matters and investigations and creating the supporting documents Managing the communications between the department effectively, including with teams on Resort Maintaining excellent relationships with external suppliers Booking and managing accommodation and travel requests Maintaining the company car records and booking in services and repairs when required Extensive diary and inbox management and generally keeping the Heads extremely organised I spent the majority of my time self-managing my workload, working independently to a high level of detail.
