I steer and line manage the Events and Engagement team within Activate Learning. Events - responsible for a team of 3 in delivering range of virtual and on site B2C and B2B events across 8 campus'. Steering the Events Team to deliver impactful creative, experiential events, whether the 32 large scale open events we create or smaller employer launches. Continuing to set metrics to inform reflective change. Engagement - responsible for leading a team of 5 School Partner Executives across Surrey, Berkshire and Oxfordshire. This impactful team engage with approx. 450 secondary schools via visits and direct email communication. Working through GATSBY Benchmarks we have developed a bespoke range of experiences we offer in schools - from Active your Future virtual/ in person workshops/ assemblies/Career events/1:1 sessions with potential learners.Heat mapping our regions to increase market share with our regions.

Responsible for impactful delivery of a range of creative courses from L2 provision through to L6. Degrees offered through De Montfort University across 2 campus'. Courses included BA ( Hons) Fine Art and Design Crafts, Graphic, Photography and Furniture Design (Rycotewood). I was responsible for line managing 4 Pathway Managers. The department as a whole consisted of approximately 40 permanent staff and 40 session staff working in industry.
