During the last several years, I was a Teaching Assistant (TA) for various courses, such as 'Introduction to Business', 'Foundations of Business', ‘Business Research Methods II: Applications and Analysis’, and ‘International Business: Globalisation and Trade'. I have achieved great results in the sphere of teaching, and the feedback of the students about my teaching approach advantages is available on request. My responsibilities included posters and essays marking, apart from holding tutorials adopted and extended by my own successful approach to teaching. One of the existing academic references: “I have been requested to give a reference for Miss Anna Galchenko…Anna has been employed by me, as course co-ordinator, on my Foundations of Business (FOB) as a Teaching Assistant in semester two 2017 to deliver tutorials to three groups of students. Anna kindly volunteered to step in due to the sudden departure of one of my TAs. FOB is a first year two semester course long courses involving eight subject areas with various forms of assessment, which are (with the exception of the exam) marked by my Teaching Assistants. This includes providing face-to-face feedback to students and responding to student queries. This has high demands as it requires a broad range of business knowledge and also the skill to successfully engage with students.
