Provide day-to-day analytical database assistance to the Dynamis Manager in support of The Department of Defense's Unexploded Ordnance Center of Excellence (UXOCOE) mission. Collaborate with and ensure the UXOCOE staff analysts properly capture C-EH S&T program data for inclusion into a joint DoD database (unclassified and classified). Ensure the capture, integrity, loading and proper formatting of data in accordance with staff analyst’s assigned mission areas, into the Joint Counter-Explosive Hazards Data Management System (JCEHDMS). Ensure compliance with DoD security standards and the office security program for Government and contract personnel. Maintain and update the Joint Counter-Explosive Hazards Data Management System (JCEHDMS) standing operating procedure (SOP) with any changes to enclosures in the annual report and any changes to the continuity book to assure a consistent appearance and up to date information in both. Prepare data management correspondence and reports for the Director and Operations Officer. Interact with the Army Research Lab (ARL) within the Combat Development Capabilities Command (CDCC) as the ARL supports the JCEHDMS effort. Attend the UXOCOE weekly staff meeting and quarterly portfolios updates. Prepare and coordinate the annual C-EH S&T report (in accordance with DoD Directive 5101.13E) with the appropriate departments within the Military and Federal Agencies for review.
