FEBA is a European non-profit organisation representing Food Banks across Europe. Its mission consists in representing its members at European and international level, supporting and strengthening them by providing training, sharing best practices and knowledge, developing partnerships, and fostering the creation of new Food Banks to combat food waste and support people in need.During the traineeship, I am responsible for EU legislative and regulatory monitoring and analysis as well as the preparation of reports and documents about the MMF 2021-2027, the European GreenDeal, the Farm to Fork Strategy, the Fund for European Aid to the Most Deprived, theEuropean Social Fund Plus (ESF+), etc. Moreover, I draft articles and reports about meetings, conferences, and events for the newsletter, website and special publications, I exchange information with the members and other stakeholders in order to foster and develop the internal network and external partnerships of FEBA. I am also conducting research on particular topics and participate in the planning and execution of skill-sharing sessions in different EU countries.

Alumni Alemania is a nonprofit organisation supported by the GIZ, DAAD, Goethe Institut Lima, and the German Embassy in Peru with the objective to unify Alumni around different interests related to Germany. They are supported in their efforts to carry out events and projects strengthening Peruvian-German relations and mediating between cultures with the aim to mutually benefit from an eye-level cooperation. Besides supporting the director of Alumni Alemania by completing administrative and translation tasks, I individually created and updated a database listing participating Alumni in Peru. Moreover, I was responsible for the communication with the organisation's members and for editing its website. By conducting systematic research on Peruvian migration organisations based in Germany, I got an overview of the organisational environment, which I subsequently compared with the situation in Peru. Additionally, I created and managed an extensive database listing Peruvian institutions supporting entrepreneurship.

EUROGATE is Europe’s leading shipping container terminal operator. Besides engaging in administrative work, I analysed and cataloged large amounts of data regarding slot times and deviations of rail operators, which was sought to serve as a basis for customer notification. Moreover, I developed a graphic overview of rail deliveries, using the program Adonis. I had the chance to become familiar with several departments of both EUROKOMBI and EUROGATE, such as Interchange, Export, Accounting, Vessel Planning, and Dangerous Goods.
