  Partant du constat d'un système alimentaire global aux multiples externalités négatives et du rôle essentiel des territoires dans l'atteinte des objectifs du développement durable, le projet Let's Food Cities vise à accompagner les collectivités françaises et étrangères dans leur transition vers des systèmes alimentaires durables. Il propose de renforcer la thématique alimentaire au sein des coopérations décentralisées des sept villes signataires du Pacte de Milan. Participant à la valorisation du programme national pour l'alimentation ainsi que des projets alimentaires territoriaux à l'international, ce projet encourage le partage d'expériences innovantes autour de l'alimentation durable. Il vise deux outils co-construits : un diagnostic de durabilité du système alimentaire pour les 14 territoires et un outil web interactif "centre de ressource" permettant aux collectivités et acteurs du système alimentaire de s'inspirer d'innovations techniques, financières et organisationnelles pour accompagner leurs démarches vers des systèmes alimentaires plus durables.
