Red&White is a London based design studio. Clients: BT, Sadler’s Wells, Age UK, The Alan Turing Institute, Health & Data Research UK, Hawley Wharf, Openreach, Pancreatic Cancer UK, BT Barefoot I worked at Red&White as the only account handler with a team that varied between 10 to 16 people. On my first day we received a call to confirm that we had won the pitch to rebrand BT. As one of the UK’s largest brands this was a huge undertaking so it was key that I built strong collaborative relationships with the BT brand team and marketing teams across the whole organisation including other agencies on the BT roster. This was to understand their challenges to develop a brand that would be strong and simple enough to accommodate their future ambitions. Building these relationships was also an exercise in internal engagement to educate and nurture the teams implementing the new brand. Alongside this I managed numerous accounts including arts organisations, charities and property development. Across all accounts I worked closely with directors and key stakeholders to ensure we delivered on brief and met their objectives. This was achieved with regular contact to update and share our progress. I worked closely with our Creative and Strategy Director to make sure the challenges were answered through robust strategy and brilliant creative. I supported the business development, working on pitches and tenders as well as generating new work from existing clients. – Lead on key accounts and client relationships – Working closely with the Creative Director to deliver the highest level of client servicing, creative and brand guidance – Creating clear project scope and associated costs – Studio resource management and planning – Writing pitch proposals and responding to tenders – Resolving issues of small budgets that need big ideas, and how best to approach these projects – Finance management, forecasting and invoicing – Managing, briefing and negotiating all third parties Show less
