Through her consistent and excellent delivery, she has earned a reputation for domain expertise in performance testing and performance engineering. One of the things I've always valued about Anna is how well-rounded she is as a leader. She has the technical skills to quickly learn all aspects of complex architectures, the communication skills to elicit requirements and present findings to the business, and the organizational skills to build and execute cross-functional work plans.
