  My responsibilities include inspecting our equipment after cleaning for leftover food material, presence of foreign material, and any damages. I verify cleanliness by taking allergen and environmental swabs for presence of proteins, Listeria, and APC. Following the pre-operations inspection, I document the results. I am fully trained all aspects of our production processes. I am involved in each step from inspecting the raw material received, to verifying the packaging label before shipment.
