  Worked as an undergraduate research assistant for Georgetown's Center for Retirement Initiatives, a self-funded, independent think tank that seeks to provide approaches to the economic challenge of retirement insecurity by developing and promoting the bipartisan adoption of innovative policies, legislation, and administrative models that expand the availability and effectiveness of retirement solutions. As a research assistant, I was charged with daily tasks such as compiling research reports from other think tanks and retirement policy organizations, searching for new grants and grant makers, and updating changes in state and federal legislation. I also assisted in the research and drafting of published research for the organization as well as in the planning and implementation of the center's Annual Policy Forum, held in Miami, Florida.
