My roles and responsibilities include set-up and cleaning of the bar and surrounding space. I am responsible for knowing how to bartend correctly and safely and have knowledge of all drinks ordered. I work at one of the busiest bars on my college campus so being correct and effective is a large part of my job. I am required to have a Tennessee ABC license that I received after a five hour alcohol education course. I advertise and promote the bar to ensure we keep existing clients and work to get new ones.
