      Urban Outcomes Framework (UOF) 2022 UOF is an initiative to develop a transparent and comprehensive database based on cross-city outcomes across sectors such as Demography, Economy, Education, Energy, Finance, Environment, Governance & ICT, Health, Housing, Mobility, Planning, Safety and Security, Solid Waste Management, Water and Sanitation. The Initiative aims to democratise data by making it accessible to all urban stakeholders in the Government, academic institutions, citizenry and industry. MGI - Morgenstadt Global Smart Cities Initiative The initiative contributes to a low-emission, environmentally conscious and successful urban development of Cochin (India), Piura (Peru) and Saltillo (Mexico) using the Fraunhofer Morgenstadt City Labs Methodology. The project develops and establishes support mechanisms, strategic planning tools and local development of expertise to support and implement a holistic, long-term and sustainable urban development process in and between the project cities.
