During my time working with Anna she has been consistently proactive and was always looking for ways she can help others and make the most of her time. She always helped with finding solutions and really took over whenever she saw a problem. No challenge was ever too hard for her. She dealt with pressure and stressful situations with a calm and helpful manner, and always made sure the applicants were happy with the end result. I cannot fault Anna's approach to work and know she will be going incredibly far with her positive/can-do attitude, and also her willingness to learn.
