I have worked with Anna at two different organisations where she has been at different stages of her career. At Urban Art Projects, Anna displayed willingness and initiative that made her a great candidate when the need to fill a short-term role within Endeavour Foundation's events team arose. Stepping in to finalise the operational delivery of a major social event, and ensure continuity of delivery for a major sporting event, Anna's experience and expertise with event delivery as well as her ability to effectively communicate with other team members and suppliers contributed to the success these events.

During her tenure with Business Aspect I had the pleasure of working with Anna on a strategic change and communication engagement on behalf of a key Queensland Government entity. Anna provided a significant contribution throughout this engagement, which included; preparing internal and external communications outlining they key initiatives, following up with selected participants to receive and incorporate feedback into planned changes as well as organising, and being responsible for on-the-day logistics of a series of workshops and key events across Queensland to ensure all staff were able to participate and engage with the planned initiatives. Anna's professionalism and attention to detail ensured that the initiatives implemented as part of this project were delivered on a timely basis and in a way that really resonated with the intended audience. I would have no hesitation in recommending Anna for any future employment in a strategic communications or marketing related field and look forward to the opportunity in working with Anna again in the future.
