In Powercode, I worked on several projects, including two mobile apps and two websites. The project I worked on for the last 8 months was the automated music publishing SaaS platform helping music artists and publishers automate song equity negotiation and streamline the process of royalties payment. - worked on multiple features at all stages of development: from collecting requirements and planning to technical implementation. - Completely refactored legacy project code and implemented a new design according to new business logic. - Implemented authorization logic, user profile setup, and editing. - Together with the back-end developer planned and developed a new notification system, including email notifications via Sendgrid. - Implemented audio player functionality including waveform rendering, playlists, download and upload in wav and mp4 formats. The project I worked on most of the time was the personalized health assistant app where I: - Built various components which included video players, chats, content carousels etc. - Added animations and micro-interactions throughout the app using Animated API. - In collaboration with the back-end team integrated push notifications into the app using the react-native-push-notifications library and Azure Notification Hubs. - Implemented sending and saving of user's questions using Contentful Content Management API. - Implemented environment data module to show air pollution and pollen levels using Ambee Data APIs. Transformed obtained data into pie charts and tables. - While working on the project, I made a big contribution to the product's quality by fixing more than 200 bugs, completing 4 major and 3 minor features, improving the project's infrastructure: actualizing linter configs, and adjusting the whole project code according to new rules.
