Preparing detailed on site event management documentation, ensuring technical readiness of the venue and facilities, contracting, controlling logistics and operations. Hiring / coaching 50+ operation team, recruiting 1K+ project and technical staff, managing teams on site. Working with marketing teams, content producers, media and opinion leaders on the development of each project, which result in vast and well-targeted PR and events growth, and achieving company targets.
