I had the pleasure of working closely with Anna when she officially joined Sensis, which saw the Yellow and White Pages Operations team come together as one team, albeit at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic and the commencement of working from home. Anna lead us through the multitude of team, emotional and operational process changes to help us find our rhythm and stay focused on all things Operations. Whilst at Sensis, Anna imparted her knowledge and expertise to help us grow in our own roles. We achieved so many goals in a very short time frame, some of which included cross-skilling and combining various offshore functions to gain efficiencies, managing and reducing a backlog of work-items, driving technological improvements and helping us build better connections with various business units. I highly recommend Anna in any leadership capacity as she will steer the ship in the right direction and take everyone on the journey with her as she did with the transformation of the Sensis Operations team.
