Plan and project lead the launches of the new machines (Articulated haulers, Backhoe loaders and Skid steer loaders) world wide. This process starts 18 months before first shipment and involves actors and input from product planning all the way to material creation for the regional sales support. I secured a successful launch which was on time and within set budget i.e., I defined and planned for the launch event/events, I aligned the message to the Volvo brand promise and I chose and used the most suitable communication channels and appropriate materials for each respective market and their customers.

Set up internal- and external communication plans for plant closures/layoffs, communicated the new strategy/direction of the company; to the employees in the factory and to the different management levels. I trained the executive management team in crisis communication and planned and produced webcasts for quarterly management updates. I wrote the monthly President's Letter for digital distribution. I also chaired a network of 8 internal plant communicators and was the editor-in-chief for the printed internal magazine, translated and distributed in 5 language versions.
