It was a joy to work with Ann when I was an intern at ZingTrain. As the first ZingTern (ZingTrain Intern), she did a great job training me and together we made a b-zillion copies of course manuals. A while later I went back to visit her, and she said "You copied your way to success." Ann's humor made work fun. I learned a lot about servant leadership from ZingTrain.
