· Responsible for the initial installation, testing and implementation of the Computer Associates product CA-Netmaster. · Undertook the conversion of all FDR systems from IBM's Tivoli Netview product to CA- Netmaster, including project management of all conversion tasks (such as conversion of automation CLISTS to Netmaster NCL and the implementation of interfaces to FDR's internal systems). · Responsible for all interaction with Computer Associates (the product vendor) to obtain the product fixes and enhancements needed to complete the conversion to CA-Netmaster. · Performed all tasks required to implement the roll-out of CA-Netmaster on all FDR systems (in excess of 20 system images). · Responsible for ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for CA-Netmaster on all FDR systems.
