  Operations Manager: Taking an active overview of all Sites from both a Technical and Commercial perspective my role as Operations Manager is to ensure projects are ran in the most efficient and cost effective manner with Health and Safety and Client Relations at the forefront of our business. Previous roles: Health and Safety Consultant: Being responsible for all document preparation from tender stage ensuring all appropriate legislation and codes of conduct are implemented. Working closely with the CITB, CPCS training providers and other bodies to ensure our workforce has the most up to date industry qualifications to undertake all tasks. Streetworks Supervisor: Following NRSWA Supervisor accreditation I am very involved in all 278 schemes. I have a strong input from tender stage all the way through to final highway adoption. I work closely with Clients, Contractors,our own workforce and the relevant highways team to ensure that the scheme is a safe and efficient process for all involved. Assistant Surveyor: Taking a commercial viewpoint on contracts I work closely with all Clients and overseeing Quantity Surveyors and am involved in tendering works, contract negotiation and procurement Examples of Projects: AK Worthington: Concrete service yard and tarmac car park with associated ducting and drainage works.
