  I am a founding partner of DiiVE a globally transformative learning organisation focused on building purpose based future world of work capabilities for students from the world's leading universities. I am not operationally involved with DiiVe Global and lead DiiVe Collective a people and strategy consulting organisation.working almost exclusively with the Africa Leadership Initiative; the EY UK People Advisory Practise and most recently the V& Waterfront. For the Africa Leadership Initiative, I was responsible for the successful launch of the Africa Impact Forum and the planning for integrating the West, East and Southern Africa Leadership Initiatives into a Pan African Organisation. For EY UK I supported in the delivery of the USAID Kenya and Ethiopia Organisational Development contracts with a focus on working in multi-disciplinary teams. This company continues under new ownership as Youth Dynamix - one of the leading youth strategy companies in Africa The organsation produced publications for Disney and Marvel.
