I have had the great pleasure of working with Ann on several occasions during my work with Profitnet and the University of Brighton. Ann was a Profitnet member but also delivered workshops for the other members of Profitnet and provided her branding expertise for the re-brand of the Profitnet in 2011. If you want to understand & develop your company brand then you need to engage Ann (and Paul) from Brand Adventure. Ann is passionate about brand and after a short time in her infectious, knowledgable & lovely company I can asure you that you will truly understand and be passionate about your own company brand. I think anyone who has worked with Ann will agree!

Ann has helped Troup Bywaters + Anders over a number of years, initially leading the practice through a programme of brand definition and development which has transformed our working practice and set us apart from competitors. Most recently, in November 2010, Ann led a 2 day residential workshop for our partners and senior managers, acting as facilitator at a conference centre in Hertfordshire. The workshop was aimed at refreshing our brand identity and updating our vision and goals going forward and was a great success. Ann is now assisting us with the implementation of a communications plan to raise our profile amongst peers and clients in 2011 and beyond. Ann has again produced great work for us and I am pleased to recommend her to others that seek to understand and exploit their corporate DNA!

Combining brand strategy consultancy and workshop facilitation, my role is to lead programmes for positive open investigation inside organisations, guiding teams through each part of the brand process to get to the heart of the business opportunity. I create the brand development framework tailored to the organisation’s situation. My work involves untangling the complexities, analysing the findings then sculpting the business brand DNA, positioning and brand language before account directing creative teams to bring the brand to life. I’m always up for a challenge - from helping a FTSE 100 business technology change group increase brand equity and attract investment, revitalising a fifty-year-old engineering brand, supporting ideation at the BBC, naming university schools and media businesses to training analysts to present their brand story. Each of my Brand Adventures build on what works, focusing on strengths and possibility thinking to build brand ambition, confidence and reputation - growing brands from the inside-out. Show less

Client Account Director leading creative teams to deliver game-changing brand solutions across media, broadcast, telecoms and fintech clients including, BBC, Discovery, BT, Eircom, O2, Ntl, Barclays and Fremantle. My role at Lambie-Nairn was to make sure agency deliverables met client expectations resulting in brilliant work, happy clients, new growth and ongoing business development. I learned the critical combination of strategic thinking, excellent client services, creative problem solving, laser-eyed detail and an all-round motivational energy, committed to a client and agency ‘win-win’. A big part of my love of this role centred around managing and growing creative and marketing talent both within the agency and the client teams I worked with. This continues to inspire me. Commissioned by the Ulster Museum Belfast, I devised and delivered a series of climate change-related shows for the museum’s ‘Dinosaurs Alive’ exhibition. This self-created role is one of my favourite responses to a creative brief through live performance. ‘The Wild Feather Capers’ were born and ran regularly at the Ulster Museum with follow-up tours of Northern Ireland’s schools. Manager and actor with the eight-person street theatre company, touring a self-devised ‘North West Side Story’ across key Irish creative events including The Rose of Tralee & The Galway Festival. This co-created role, gave my first professional experience of creatively devising activities alongside team and financial management, as well as physical delivery of creative material outdoors in front of multiple audiences.
