Customers include Army, Navy, and Air Force hospitals. • Managed the SDLC and subsequent maintenance of a web-based enterprise business solution for the Naval Medical Logistics Command (NMLC), which integrates procurement and logistics processes and improved data and information collaboration among multiple business divisions across the organization. • Managed a team of contractors at the Naval Dosimetry Center at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center responsible for digitizing radiation exposure records for military personnel dating back to 1947. • Ensure effective completion of all development, testing, user acceptance, training, deployment, production support, and maintenance activities associated with multiple applications. • Work closely with government information assurance and IT personnel to ensure regulatory and security compliance, system interoperability, and programming best practices. • Manage the DoD Information Assurance Risk Management Framework (DIARMF) accreditation and authorization process for the contract management tool—including system categorization, system self-assessment, security control compliance, artifacts and documentation, and interaction with Defense Health Agency personnel to fulfill requirements throughout information assurance process.
