I used ELISA, Meso-Scale Discovery (MSD) and Luminex platforms to investigate biomarkers in CSF and brain microdialysate from multiple sclerosis patients in support of clinical trials. I am proficient in molecular biology and tissue culture techniques and have some experience in GC/MS metabolite profiling of CSF and multivariate data analysis (SIMCA P+).

Kingston, Rhode Island Investigation into the biology of the liver nuclear receptors constitutive androstane receptor (CAR) and pregnane X receptor (PXR). Used luciferase assay ligand screening in combination with in silico receptor-ligand docking studies. Using a carefully selected chemical screen we found new insights into the ligand affinities of PXR and two CAR splice variants.
