As a Demand Planner Western Europe, I am responsible for the forecast in that region including the management, support and tracking of the countries towards their individual forecast accuracy and value add goals. I also support in projects as a regional key user for Western Europe. One example was a big project Planning Strategy, in which I supported during the testing and validation phase as well as adjusting the BI Reporting to the new forecasting environment.

I was supporting the global key user in forecasting questions. Furthermore, I was supporting the global demand planner with the initialisation of the new monthly cycle to improve forecast accuracy. Besides of the above mentioned tasks I was also responsible for some own projects. One little one was the collection of the different launch and relaunch processes within the organisation. A bigger project was the development and introduction of a BI Reporting tool in Demand Planning.

Furthermore I wrote offers to the customers, including the costs calculation. On the day of the event I was acting as a contact person for the clients. My area of responsibility was the correct process for the in- and outgoing shipments to Spain, Portugal and France. During that time I was responsible for claimes, demands and any kind of questions a customer or logistics partner had.
